The Just 4 Us Foundation (JFUF) is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to uplifting youth, families, and individuals with special needs by providing access to resources, advocacy, and empowerment opportunities. Established on the belief that everyone deserves a fair chance to thrive, JFUF bridges gaps in education, housing, and life skills development while fostering creativity and confidence through programs rooted in mentorship, faith, and service.
Our Board of Directors brings together leaders with diverse expertise in community service, education, behavioral health, business, and the arts. Each member shares a deep commitment to the Foundation’s mission and works collaboratively to ensure accountability, sustainability, and impact. The Board is instrumental in guiding strategic growth, strengthening partnerships, and keeping JFUF aligned with its core values: service, inclusion, and empowerment.
Together, the Board supports the Foundation’s vision of creating stronger, healthier communities where youth and families can learn, grow, and believe in their potential.
Rudolph Davis
Board Member | Behavioral Health Support Worker & Youth Advocate
Rudolph brings lived experience, empathy, and unwavering commitment to his role on the Just 4 Us Foundation Board of Directors. As a Behavioral Health Support Worker and dedicated advocate for youth, Rudolph is known for his deep connection to the communities JFUF serves.
Having experienced the foster care system and the impact of community violence firsthand, Rudolph understands the importance of safe spaces, healing, and hope. His journey has shaped his passion for mentorship, advocacy, and mental health awareness—especially for youth navigating trauma.
Rudolph has worked alongside JFUF for years, helping to shape programs that are grounded in real-life experience and emotional support. He also uses his platform at Radio One to elevate the foundation’s work and bring awareness to critical issues affecting underserved youth and families.
With a steady voice and a servant’s heart, Rudolph helps ensure that the foundation’s mission stays deeply rooted in purpose, equity, and compassion.

Dr. Roshonda Contee
Dr. Contee is a long-standing supporter of Just 4 Us Foundation and a committed leader in the areas of mental health, youth empowerment, and trauma-informed care. As the Founder & CEO of A New Experience Waiting (ANEW), LLC, Dr. Contee brings decades of experience facilitating growth and transformation in individuals, families, and organizations.
Her expertise includes consulting for behavioral health initiatives, delivering workshops for agencies such as SAMHSA, and guiding community-based programming focused on wellness, equity, and education. At JFUF, she plays a vital role in strategic planning, community engagement, and fundraising—ensuring the mission is supported with both heart and structure.
Dr. Contee’s approach is both clinical and compassionate, blending professional insight with a deep personal passion for helping others heal, grow, and thrive. Her leadership on the board strengthens JFUF’s commitment to sustainable impact and trauma-responsive care.
Tray Chaney

Honorary Board Member
Volunteer & Mentor
Tray is a longtime volunteer, mentor, and creative partner of Just 4 Us Foundation. Best known for his roles on The Wire and Saints & Sinners, Tray has used his platform as an actor and recording artist to uplift youth and inspire change in the community.
While now based in Georgia, Tray remains a committed supporter of JFUF. Whenever he’s in town, he shows up for the youth—offering mentorship, encouragement, and personal testimony that speaks directly to their dreams and struggles. His presence brings energy and authenticity, and his message is always rooted in purpose, positivity, and possibility.
Tray’s ongoing connection to JFUF reflects his belief in investing back into the community, and we’re proud to call him both a supporter and a member of the Just 4 Us family.

Felecia Scott
Board Member & Youth Program Support
Felecia has worked with our out of school programs for youth. serves as Secretary of Just 4 Us Foundation, where she brings strong organizational skills, a deep sense of community, and a heartfelt commitment to the Foundation’s mission. A passionate advocate and longtime supporter, Felecia plays a key role in keeping operations aligned, events coordinated, and communications flowing.
She has been instrumental in supporting the foundation’s outreach efforts, youth programming, and special events—offering both administrative leadership and on-the-ground support. Whether she’s managing logistics or showing up in person to mentor and encourage, Felecia is known for her reliability, warmth, and integrity.
Her work reflects the values at the core of JFUF: service, inclusion, and uplifting those who need it most.
She is very personable, and the children are often delighted to work with her. Felecia has a Master of Science in Legal Studies; She has BA Administration of Justice.
