Our Board brings diverse professional and community experience that strengthens organizational leadership, responsible stewardship, and our commitment to the communities we serve
Founder & Executive Director/Board Member
Andrée M. Harris founded Just 4 Us Foundation, Inc. in 2009 and brings more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health support, case management, disability services, community outreach, government services, and nonprofit programming. Her background includes contract compliance and acquisition support, program development, resource coordination, and advocacy for youth, families, and individuals with disabilities. She holds a Certificate in Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health Family Leadership from Georgetown University and is a Certified Wheelchair Dance Instructor. Her experience provides the Board with organizational leadership, community insight, program knowledge, and a strong commitment to responsible growth and mission-driven service.
Vice President
Rudolph Davis brings more than 30 years of experience in communications, community engagement, marketing, event production, and youth and family services. His professional background includes serving as a Youth Partnership Liaison and Family Support Worker with East River Family Strengthening Collaborative, where his work included organizational capacity building, grant monitoring, youth and family resource development, community outreach, and program support.
Davis also brings extensive experience in media, public relations, marketing, and large-scale event coordination. He holds certificates in Marketing from eCornell and Social Work from Cornell University. As Vice President, his diverse experience strengthens JFUF’s community engagement, strategic partnerships, outreach, program development, and organizational visibility.
Secretary
Felecia Scott serves as Secretary of the Just 4 Us Foundation Board of Directors, supporting organizational governance, documentation, accountability, and board operations. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice from the University of the District of Columbia and a Master of Legal Studies from Kaplan University. Her educational background strengthens the Board’s capacity for informed governance and organizational oversight.
Treasurer
Jeannine Haywood serves as Treasurer of the Just 4 Us Foundation Board of Directors and brings experience in financial services, banking, and the mortgage industry. Her background provides valuable knowledge of financial processes, documentation, accountability, and responsible fiscal practices. Jeannine has also spent several years working in healthcare, providing her with an understanding of client needs, confidentiality, service coordination, and the importance of compassionate, person-centered support. Board Member
Dr. Roshonda Contee brings more than 25 years of experience in behavioral health, substance use treatment, clinical leadership, and community service. She is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ANEW, LLC and ANEW Treatment Services, Inc., and previously served as Executive Director of The Jude House, Inc.
Dr. Contee holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology, a Master of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling, and a Doctor of Psychology in Addictions. She is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in Maryland. Her extensive leadership experience includes service as an Executive Director, Clinical Director, Director of Clinical Operations, Project Director, and Clinical Supervisor.
Her professional background includes work within the Johns Hopkins Health System, private practice, and consultation and facilitation for SAMHSA-supported initiatives. Dr. Contee brings valuable expertise in behavioral health, recovery, program leadership, and community wellness to JFUF’s Board of Directors.
Honorary Board Member and Community Ambassador
Actor, author, recording artist, and community advocate Tray Chaney supports the mission of Just 4 Us Foundation through youth empowerment, violence-prevention awareness, creative expression, and community engagement. His commitment to using arts and media as positive platforms for young people complements JFUF’s work to strengthen communities and create opportunities for youth to discover their voices and potential.
